Company Dinner @ Grand Copthorn WaterFront

Its the time of the year again... To feast after a years of hard work, to reward us .. ahahah... it was hard deciding where to eat cos emotional feak is sooo fussy.. if he dun like later he face black again.. spoil everyones appettie.. hahah... we finally decided on the buffet at Grand Copthorn.. *my pick.. hehe... Emotional freak couldnt join us cos he was sick.. down with a super bad flu, bad throat, bad cough and flu..

We went there after work.. the place was decor in blue.. veri beautiful.. with cotton snow, deers, lookalike gingerbread house.. it was not veri pack but has a great ambience.. quiet and the service is super attentive.. every eye contact they can find, will assume u need something.. hahah ...

I have my sashimi (salmon, tuna and i think is red snapper) veri good, big piece and super fresh, sushi, fresh oysters(fresh, big and juicy)..yummi, beef liver with Cranberry sauce, roast beef, BBQ prawns, sotong, sting ray, stuffed turkey, honey baked ham with pineapple sauce, tomato soup, lotus with pork ribs soup, escargots in butter and herbs, fried noodles, cod fish, chicken, duck, chocolate foudne with mashmallow and strawberries, chocolate brownie, nonya kueh, and some strawberry or rashberry with milk mixture (sweet and sour).. super good.. i miss it the most .. i wan more.. hahah ... It was the best buffet i had so far.. we sat there from 7pm till 10.20pm.. haha ... i was sooo full tat not a single drop of water could enter my throat.. heheh ...

I think lesser pressure, can eat more and enjoy better.. heheh ... had better digestion too... hmmm.. tats bad har ... I hope everyone had a good dinner... *merry Christmas* ....

Xmas Shopping

Finally did my xmas shopping yest... have no idea wat to get... make a trip down to Tampines mall to look for ideas.. hahha ... bought 3 pairs of earrings, 3 tops, 1 jellwery set and a few bars of chocolates.. hahha ... and all this weight a ton.. the whole place is filled with ppl... cannot believed it, soooo packed. I bought my hair dye... mystic Black.. which is suppose to have tinge of purple... but when i dye it look totally black on mi.. hmmm.. so nw i loook guai and innocent.. like a school gal.. hahah ... opps... hopefully after the next few washes.. the colour will appear.. haha.... Darling.. I finally got ur present too.. hahah ...

Anna Sui

Weeee..... My 1st set of Anna Sui products.... thanks Lilian.. or else i wun have it.. hahha .... it was beautiful.. the powder is veri fine, all their products smell of rose water.... hehhe .... the casing and boxes are pretty... I have this beautiful foundation, loose powder, 2 lipsticks and a glitter nail polish for xmas.. so hope i will have a pretty pretty xmas party.. hehhe ....

14 days to CHRISTMAS

Counting down to christmas... 14 Days left... its getting nearer but i still dun feel the christmas mood... haha.. even no mood for shopping for presents or clothes.. hmmm... Onli feel like staying home to slack.. hahha ... the decor or songs dun tingle the mood.. hahha ... soooo sad.. my fav festive of the year but i dun seem to enjoy it this yr.. hopefully will start feeling the mood soon or else, no presents tis yr.. hahha ...

Friday took 2 hrs off to go do my hsir since emotional freak not here.. hahha ... actually wan to cut onli but did tot of perming cos have straight hair for 25 years lioa..kinda of boring.. so tot of meeting sweetie to go for wake after that... haha .. But when reach there, haha .. AUnty Linda and mi think of the same.. PERM... hahha .. i had my first ceramic perm..haha..

I sat there for like 4 hrs to become a doll... I even had to cancel my appt wif sweetie lor .. cannot go to the wake.. hahha ... opps.. the after efect was good cos never c myself in curls before.. look so diff.. hahah ... i like it but veri ma fan.. need to style every morn or else will look like a lion.. hahha ... so which is better curls or straight? or look auntie?? hmmm... my stupod collegue say i look old.. soooo sad...

haha... We finally manage to give Dowager's house a new look, the walls are sooo old.. all the paint are already dropping off.. dull and old.. and we finally convinced her to have it done, it has been 10 years since we last painted it.. Imgaine how many of us was there, mi & my parents; my cousins; my auntie and 4 workers so there was like 13 of us there.. hahah .. in a small 2 room 1 hall flat.. hahah ... with all the furniture out of positions.. hahha ... The ceiling is white, walls r barely pink and door is lily white.. hahha ... veri light pink so the whole house looks super bright.. and we change the colour of the room light to warm white.. hmm.. looks more cosy.. hahha ...

Cleaning the house, my aunt still has shoes, clothes and books in the house, so we make her clear then.. so long already been there for a long time, married out lioa still dun wan to clear.. aiyo.. there is like more than 10 pairs lor (old and mouldy) .. and all she cannot wear lioa .. hhehe.. oso dunno y.. all ended up all throw or give away.. haha.. Finally dowager house is cleaner and brighter.. Shall we have xmas party there tis yr?

Happy Dowger

Had a tiring weekend tis week.. Had the stupid NCO cos at bgss, was there earyl in the morn.. but i left early lar.. nothing to do there.. wasting my time onli ... Went home had my breakfast then dunno issit took sleeping pills.. after finishing my noodles immediately knock out.. completely juz fall on my sofa and sleep for abt 1 hr.. tat is how tired i was.. Wowo...

Then after that when to Dowager house, to ask her take photo with mi.. my convo gown.. AS the 1st grandchild tat graduate.. haha .. proud har .. Opps.. make old ppl happy lar .. cos dunno if she will be able to see mi in another big achievement(wedding gown).. so let tis be 1 of it lar.. hehe. Hopefully its good enough for her lar.. I believe tat she is happy cos she is so accomodating.. ask her to sit, stand oso can lor..and she is not tired so looking at the camera.. haah so happy i think .. hahah ... tats good enough liao.. At least i feel tat as her grandchild i tried to make her feel proud lar.. hehe .. hopefully

Photo Shoot

Phew... Finally the orderal is over... Cos of darling and her trip to bangkok we are like rushing to have our photos taken.. hahah .. and we can onli have the gown for 2 weeks.. and David is sooooo busy..veri hard to book him lAr...hahah...

His studio so Wu loo... took such a hard time looking for it.. hahah .. so was late.. when got there darling already doing her make-up.. Total 6 of us took photo.. my family have 3 cos din manage to get my dowager to go (no time to fetch her) and darling & family.. hehe ... When get there.. u c sooo many kids toys... cos he do kids photo more.. hahha .. like a child care centre har.. hahah ...

We have problem wearing the gown with the colour hood.. so difficult to pin.. aiyo... My ma help darling do it and she isl ike 'Auntie dun prick mi..." Aiyo..Darling, its onli a small pin lar... wun bleed.. hehhe...opps.. N Darling 'forget' to bring her cert.. aiyo.. mine haven collect yet.. so we actually took graduate photo without the cert.. hahha 'Unbelievable'.... N it is Thick , Heavy and HOT.. Its weighting mi down.. haha.. veri time got to pull the gown to the front.. haha ..

Juz realised that Darling got problem smiling.. hahah... she cannot smile.. goodness.. David was like 'Winnie, smile more, dun hold ur luffter".. hahah..Chin down look here.. hhah.. i was having my makeup done, wan to luff oso cannot.. hahah so funnie.. lucky onli david and the make up artist is there... or else so paisei alr.. as usual lar.. As long as the place have mi n darling.. we rule the place.. hahah ... It was veri comfy doing the photo shoot.. basically, veri noisy lar... By the time my ma finish her make-up, we took our family photo then we finish the shoot lioa.. hahah ..so she mei mei for awhile onli.. hahah... I love the shoot yest.. It was great and fun...

It a different experience from my previous family shoot.. I believe that my parents feel happier cos this time i graduated lioa .. hahah ... not cos of the cert but tat they ahve finish their duties towards my education.. hahha .. Mi and darling dun really care abt the cert lar cos we din even bothered to go for the convo.. haha. They actually call us up and ask if we went cos cannot find the stage photo.. hahah ... Its more a photo shoot for the two of us, we wanted to take the photo even before we graduate.. haha.. Actually Roz is suppose to be here too.. but she din make it.. Wat a waste.. even we our help.. haiz... Its juzt a piece of paper that is so expensive.. My ma always say 'See lar go study, should use the money go holiday mah.. hahah ..' Opps.. but i think she is happiest manz... hahha ... Will take the photo with my Dowager this sat...

26th November 2006 - Convoacation

Yippie Hooray.. The day is finally here, the proudest moment for my parents.. The day when they c mi in the black gown, and mortar board.. hahha ... looks alittle 'du' but wat the heck lar.. All the hard work that was spent in the past 2 years was paid off the moment you received the cert from the Chancellor... (provided i go lar)

Still rem after poly, was so determined tat i will not study anymore.. its too tiring.. hahah .. but after i graduated 6mths later.. I got myself into another mess.. study degree.. hahah .. dumb rite.. 2 years of boring lectures, burning of midnite oil for assignments, mugging for exams with the gang.. skipping lessons, our subway dinner.. was worth it.. esp having veri good friends - got sooo many darlings... having them is worth more than tat paper... hahah ...

When down to collect the gown with darling, and when we try the gown.. its a different feeling.. my ma was saying that its like she has already done everything for mi.. she can retire lioa.. her job is done.. hahha ... well.. i am surprise that she feels tat way.. hmm.. touched rite.. We will be taking our photos next week... hehe.. hopfully can get my dowager to go too.. hmmm..

French Musical Spectacular Notre Dame de Paris

I loved musical with all the songs, dance and bright coloured costume but have not found anyone with the same interest but YES.. Finally.. Darling oso like.. hahha.., so on sun went with darling, daddy and johnie for a french musical.. my second musical.. All i have is praise for it. No Pretty costume or spectacular backdrop.. BUT it is still very good... We actually have the tot of selling the tixs and go for buffet.. which lucky we drop the idea.. or i will regret missing such a good musical.. hahah ...

WOw... It was wonderful.. Singapore's first ever french muscial and i got the chance to watch it ' Norte Dame' .. thanks darling ... it was great, beautiful singing and dance.. those french guys have got super body.. perfect body.. muscular abs.. It no wonder gals start drooling at them .. hhaha.. and Good looking... opps.. THey basically train and climb walls everyday... or should i say they stay hanging on the walls.. hahah

Althrough I dun understand the language, the singing was beautiful.. but reading the subtitles and listening kinda of tiring.... and will miss some parts .. tats the onli sad part.. haha.. it was veri touching.. with lots of love, lust and emotional strains. THe 4 guys fall for a beautiful gyspy woman (Esmerald) .. Wow... including quisimodo, the priest, the poet, n a solider (two timer).. hahah .. Wow, dunno it tat a good or bad thing.. the show ended with beautiful Esmerald being hanged ... haiz.. sad ending ... hehe.. It was 2 hrs and 30mins with 20 mins interval.. haha..

After the beautiful musical, we went to east coast for dinner... it was packed as it was a sun.. haha .. but lucky we found seats un-sheltered.. If rain we will be drenched... so we are praying so hard that we wun get it.. haha .. we got chicken wings, fried hokkien mee, satay (chicken, mutton and beef), oyster omlette and the other version with flour.. and po pia and huge cup of sugar cane juice.. thats not much but we are keeping space for dessert later.. Johnie wants Mcfurry and darling wants strawberry milkshake.. hahah.. juz as we are abt to finish the chicken wings, the sky cries... short downfall.. lucky we are not far from the shelter.. so din get much rain.. hahah ..

We did have the dessert despite the rain.. we bought it at drive thru and went to the carpark to enjoy it at johnie's car... Darling was so excited.. cos the back seat can transform into a bed and there is 2 big colourful pillows to huge.. so comfy.. haha ... after we finish the desserts, we went home cos daddy got viewing and johnie got to go down town.. hahah ...

Old Friends

Wow... Its great meeting up old friends .. friends that you are not close to in sch but when we meet up all tat seems to be gone.. we are learning all the new stuff about them.. wat they have been up to, the old times, all the fun and nonsense.. it was fun and great.. thinking back those were the best times of my years, no problems jus study, fun and luffter... hahha... will always keep those days in memory and we should meet up more.. to keep this friendship.. I miss u guys.. u gave mi the best time of my years...

Dhab's Farewell

We had a farewell dinner for dhab cos she's leaving for melbourne on the 10th Nov.. she is like leaving soooo soon.. suddenly, the news came as a shock that she is leaving in 3 weeks time.. WE knew tat she is go over for studies but din expect it to be soooo soon.. hmmm.. kinda of missing her already..

We went for dinner on Sat at Breekz Taka.. Dare, CK, Edmund, Sweetie, mi and Dhab.. the rest cannot make it.. and after that we have dessert at Cine Food court.. hahah .. cheapo? nO cos there is no place at TCC>.. so no choice.. hahah... Then on our way back mi, sweetie and dhab went for a midnight movie... Death Note.. it was a good show.. reflects the smart side of people manipulating deaths of ppl to their own benefits... hmmm even scarifing their love ones..hmmm.. it was a nice but i was too tired at the begining haha .. fell asleep for a while.. hehe...

Its Weekend..!!!

Yahoo... hahah.. Its the weekends again... Finally get to rest again.. Sleep late and wake up late.. I finally get release... the chain is off.. the new gal is here.. and seems like she is adapting pretty well and the emotional freak seems to be nicer to her than the previous gals.. so i hope he is liking her lar.. haha... and dun scared her away most imptly... hahah .... hehe... so that i can have a good weekend.. yahoo...

Better Air, Better health

hahah.. Finally..the haze is getting away.. the sky is clearing up, the air is cleaning to breathe.. better vision to a better health.. Lots ahs been falling sick breathing in the polluted air for the past weeks.. the air is sooo choked up.. bad for ventaliation... hahah ... Rain is getting more lately.. helping to clear up the air and bring out the fire in the neighbouring countries... hahha ... Better air, Feel better too... hahah ...

Horrible week..

After Ying's party.. I was down for the whole week.. It was the long weekend cos of hari Raya and Deepavail.. so went swimming on Mon morn.. think muz have caught a cold then ... cos the water was soooo cold and there was no sun to warm mi up..

Then i started having fever, headache, and flu later in the day.. so stayed home to slack.. hahah .. my mom went for mahjong session.. din even have the mood to eat.. haiz.. then next day woke up with a bad flu.. n funni voice.. hahha ... so bascially stayed home to rest .. wat a way to spend my holidays.. haiz...

Ying's 21st Birthday - 21 Oct 06

Sorry for the late entry... Cos was down wif flu for one week.. so no mood to blog.. hahha.. excuse for being lazy.. hahah.. anyway.. Siguide had her 21st birthday on the 21/10/06 at DREAMBAR.. her work place...

We received her invitation via sms and could sense tat she is veri excited abt it.. she is practically looking forward to it.. to getting drunk.. hahha.. opps.. Mi and Cutie had to go buy her present.. without any idea wat she wants.. hmmm... But we finally decide to get her a bikini and a bag from new urban.. hahah... We went down after work, shop for it.. Dunno wat design she wan, or wat colours she like or even the size.. scared later to small.. hahah.. so we sctually spend quite a while in the shop.. digging every possible piece tat is nice.. And after trying the bikinis from there... you will not wan to wear bikinis from other places.. every piece tat u put on looks so nice on u.. even if the design dun look nice to u .. haha.. ended up mi tried quite a few pieces... hahha ... veri tempted to buy..but too ex.. haiz...

As there is 6 of us sharing the present.. we decided to get her a bag as well... she love big bags.. so we got her one huge one.. i believe tat she will loved it lar.. cos i pretty like it too.. hahha ... the paper bag was so huge and it is hard for us to take MRT wif it.. so ended up taking a cab back.. hahah... blame it on the bag.. hhahha...

On tat day.. dare told us not to be late.. late comers will need to drink 1 mug of beer.. aiya.. watever lar... mi n cutie to lazy to leave the house.. hahah .. so we were late lar .. as usual lar.. hehe.. and we asked Kel along.. so need to wait for him oso.. heheh...

When we reach, dare already pour 1 mug for us lioa.. wan to make us drunk.. hahha.. n they tot tat Kel is the jap player tat cutie like.. hahah ... He dun look like jap lar.. oso dunno wat they c.. hahha... Ying was wearing the Black, pink n white dress.. we actually wanted to get similar bikini for her.. but dun have the size.. haha

After eating, we starting playing bluff with the dice.. since i din play before, i abit slow lar.. as usual.. then tat stuipd Kel.. purposely make mi lose.. then i got to drink.. so i drank quite a fair bit that nite but very sober lar.. dun feel like drinking beer the whole nite lei.. hahah.. we played lots of stupid games.. And we the nite gets darker.. Ying is down.. haha.. we ahve not even toast her or give her any funni drinks yet.. and the best of all is she told mi her friend recognize mi.. n say saw mi at dbl o.. hmmm but i have no idea who is he.. hahha ... oh no.. got stalked.. hahah...

We din noe tat Ying is attached till suddenly when she say tat her bf will send her home.. hmmm.. we kinda of got a shock and the 1st impression we get of the guy is not tat good but he seems like a nice guy tat will noe who to take care of her.. at least he wun let her out of his sight.. hahah ... tats good enough.

When we got ying over at the table, we ask her wat she wanted and she say bikini.. hahah.. Wow.. we actually could read her mind.. hmmm... we even told her tat she will love us for it.. hahha .. tat was close, at least the present was something she wanted.. hhahah ... she could not even cut her cake properly.. wifout support.. she is totally down.. haiz.. But glad tat at least she enjoy herslf.. hahah ...

Haze .. GO AWAY..!!!

This week, feeling so tired, sick, dry, and blah.. blah... Its the haze.. drying up my skin, throat, and even mood and choking up my brains.. hahah... or maybe something is coming up soon.. i hate it.. it affect my mood and irriates .. ARGH.... Do something abt the haze.. getting worse.. haha...

Tired TireD..

It seems never had enough sleep.. no matter how much sleep i take.. hahah.. Fri was a good gal.. din go party.. not even out of the house.. it was MID AUtumn festive.. hahah,, suppose to be a reunion thingy but i was home alone with Cody.. sob sob... hhehe.. Cos ma when wedding dinner.. wat a day to choose.. hahah ...

Sat was suppose to meet sweetie to go buy my Havaianas slippers.. haha.. but she got lunch appt and i have been going down town almost everyweek, kinda of bored.. hahha .. but we still went down tat day.. i met up wif debz, haven gone out wif her like for ages.. so need to do some catching up.. hheheh.. we had dinner at Paragon and went over to Cosmopolitan for some drinks.. i miss my gelato again cos too full.. haha.. After meeting up wif sweetie, we went over to get my slippers.. its was tough getting them cos they do not have my size a Flipflops so went over to premium but they dun have the design there.. and finally we went over to other side where i first got saw it.. and they got my size and the design i wan.. so we basically walk to all 3 shops to get that pair of slippers.. heheh... and its the one and onli pair.. hahha ...

After all tat searching, i was so tired.. dun even wan to walk another inch.. but debz was meeting Huanjie at Lido.. so we have to make our way there slowly.. so much walking at nite.. hahah ... we watch the show little miss sunshine.. It was good, veri funnie.. worth watching although no famous actor or actress.. hahah ... but i still knocked out for a few mins inside.. hahah .. too tired...

After show, we had MAC for supper.. hahha... sat down crap, eat and stoned for a while.. till abt 3 .. and we finally make our way home.. haha.. the moment i touch my bed, knocked out immediately... hehe..

Darling been back on a week lioa.. she arrived back on Fri nite abt 1 plus.. noeing her darling mi wun be so guai at home sleeping. She din cal mi lor.. hmmm.. so sad... haha.. lucky oso or else i party half way will end up at the airport.. hehhe...

She msg mi the next day.. so surprise cos expecting her to be back on sun morn.. haha.. we toke for quite a while and realise tat i actually miss darling alot during her absence.. hhehe.. opps.. and darling was telling mi tat she bought lots of stuff back.. haha... as usual lar.. she will keep buying non-stop.. haha.. think she almost buy the whole shop back.. scary.. heheh..

Partying nite

hehe ... Realise that has been partying quite a far bit lately.. hmmm at O bar.. think the next time if i cannot be contacted.. maybe can try there .. hahah ... No lar.. of cos not.. haha

Mi and Sweetie had plans to go down on fri to celebrate her last day at the emotional freak's clinic.. and starting a new job on Mon. While preparing Daddy msg mi and ask if we going down.. hehe .. have to act guai abit and most impt imply tat for Daddy.. i sure go.. haha no choice but to accompany him mah.. opps..

Anyway, we meet Daddy at O bar @ 11.. and we saw Amy and Michelle... hmmm.. opps.. someone we din like.. hahah .. but anyway we got in and it was not tat pack.. pretty empty.. hehe.. Daddy veri fierce lar.. 1st round bought 2 jugs of green tea vodka and a Hodgarden.. then we played 5 ,10 to start off the drinking.. hahah.. daddy was abit down on his luck tat nite.. so he drank a far bit lar.. heheh ... but for him its nothing lar.. heheh .. complete the drinks then we step into the dance floor.. i was really paying attention to the dancing and music so we get back to the bar counter to get drinks and Nachos, after that i din go back to the dance floor.. haha .. then daddy and Sweetie continue and came back with a group of black and whites.. hmm.. hahha ..opps.. then the rest of the nite, they were there entertaining us.. haha.. and with daddy there, they cannot do anthing to us.. hahah ..opps.. wrong nite.. but anyway we not interested lar.. hahah .. juz entertain lor.. hahah..

Time pass veri quickly, lights on so its time to go and daddy was driving so we need to go get a drink or food before he drive off.. then by the time we finish everything its already abt 3 plus and daddy needs at least 4 hrs of sleep or else he cannot wake up in time for work on sat. So we suggest going home but daddy ask if we still wan to drink.. so we went to 7-11 to buy drinks and go Cosy bay to drink.. haha.. sit by the river play 5,10 then go home.. after i finish my drink, i had to take a sip of hodgarden, the moment it go down my fishball noodle comes out.. haha..
opps.. with the Bacardi.. hhehe.. then wake up lioa.. dun need sleep already.. haha..

After we cleared all the drinks, we actually proceed to Geylang for beancurd and you tiao.. hahha.. at 5 am in the morn.. haha .. we oso made a trip round the small roads to take alook at the pretty gals.. wow.. many of them standing along the streets with pimps.. hahha... and the china gals are ex.. not worth it.. hahah ... $100.00 bucks.. wow.. haha.. and finally we went to get our beancurd.. those guys muz be thinking tat we two are china gals alr with daddy.. hahah .. faster eat and run har.. hahah ...

By the time we got home is like 7am.. haha.. the sun is rising up into the sky, then we go sleep.. hhaha...
